Is there a website showing how to make glass beads in a kiln? I just purchased a kiln with a bead door but don’t know how to do this.

I hate to purchase yet another book when there is so much free information out there. I just don’t know where to look for it.

What you have is a door in your kiln that makes it easy to put a glass bead that is on a mandrel into the kiln to anneal. You don’t make glass beads IN a kiln, you make them with a torch, stainless steel mandrels and all the other good stuff you need to be a lampworker, and you put the bead in the kiln to anneal. The bead door will not hinder you to use your kiln for fusing glass, (I am assuming that is why you bought the kiln. Anyway, have fun with your kiln.
