The correct amount of cashback was not given to me, as stated in my email. TLC claimed that the purchase amount was only £15.24 when I complained about my missing claim for £526. They only awarded me 99 pence as a cashback reward, which is not the correct amount for my first order.

Although The Luxury Closet does offer returns, they do not consider the non-refundable customs tariffs that buyers must pay, nor do they account for the wasted time and inconvenience caused. Furthermore, they have not offered an apology for these issues. The listing practices should be reviewed and improved.
