I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I received from this store. I have previously purchased jewelry from their Islington Store and Kensington indoor market, but my recent experience has saddened me. I bought a ring for my 50th birthday but it was too big and I ended up losing it within 2 weeks. I called the store and was told to come in for a finger re-measurement, but when I arrived on a Saturday without an appointment, I was not allowed in. After writing to them about my experience, they offered me a 10% discount. Today, I visited the store again (having to pay for a cab due to tube failure) to have my finger measured and order a new ring. However, I was informed that the 15% discount for healthcare workers and other service individuals was suspended for an Amex discount, which I did not receive. Additionally, despite the website stating that orders take 11-22 days, I was told that it would take 6 weeks. This was not a complex bespoke item. After reflecting on my experience, I called and canceled my order. I wasted time, money, and two trips, and I now question the values of this organization. The sales team clearly does not value me as a customer and does not appear to follow the values promoted on their website.
