I was initially very disappointed as I had not received my order. When it did arrive, unfortunately, one of the items was broken.

These earrings are incredibly unique and perfect for any outfit. They are currently available for a fantastic price. I highly recommend shopping at this brand’s store, as the shipping to Poland is fast and free. Overall, everything is flawless.

I placed two orders, but both were cancelled because the items were not available. I don’t understand why you advertise products that you don’t actually have in stock. Now I have to wait another 25 days to receive a refund. I will never order from you again.

The ring is nice and reasonably priced.

I placed an order for 2 rings weeks ago, one as a gift and one for myself, but I still haven’t received either of them. The ring for the gift was supposed to arrive before the celebration date, but I didn’t receive any information about the delivery status, despite being charged. After repeatedly following up and waiting for a long time, I was told that both rings might be out of stock, even though the website claims they are in stock. I tried calling and emailing multiple times to find out if this was true and when I can expect a restock, but I haven’t received any response. It is very disappointing because the gift is now overdue, Sif Jakobs failed to deliver on time, and they didn’t update me or provide any explanation about when I can expect my order, if at all.

The earrings, which are large diamanté hoops, arrived today and they look beautiful. However, I’m very disappointed because one of the clasps isn’t functioning properly. This issue should have been identified before they were sent out. Now, I’m faced with the inconvenience of having to return them.

I haven’t received my purchase yet as there was an insufficient postage issue. I had to pay a £2 customs charge according to an email from the post office. I’m expecting to receive it this weekend.

I paid an extra £10 to ensure delivery before Christmas, but the dispatch still took 8 days. Unfortunately, the item only arrived on the 30th of December and was very disappointing.

Initially, I experienced significant issues with communication after sending several emails and not receiving any response, which led me to suspect fraud and contact my credit card company. Fortunately, the situation was resolved when I finally received my order and heard back from the company. The jewelry arrived in excellent condition, beautifully packaged, reflecting high quality. Although the initial lack of communication and slow responses were concerning, considering the ongoing challenges posed by COVID, I now recognize that a bit more patience might have been appropriate. Everything turned out fine in the end.

The items are gorgeous and exactly as depicted in the pictures.

I was thrilled when I received the earrings since they were a gift for my daughter. I would have been even more pleased if I had managed to get the matching necklace as well, but unfortunately, it was sold out despite still being advertised on the website. Overall though, my daughter was delighted with her gift.

The delivery of the items was delayed by a whole month, and they were not what I had initially requested. Specifically, I had ordered a ring with an engraving, but it arrived without any engraving at all. Additionally, I was informed that two items were refunded due to being out of stock, even though they were still actively advertised on the website at the time of the refund. One item even remained listed as available weeks later, indicating a discrepancy between the website’s stock levels and reality. While the rings are aesthetically pleasing, they feel quite lightweight and resemble costume jewelry more than what I had anticipated given their price.

The jewelry is stunning and the packaging is exquisite, but I was disappointed to find that my bracelet wasn’t engraved as I had requested.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided, as the package arrived promptly and I have nothing but praise for all the items I purchased.

I ordered earrings on January 20th, 2022, as a birthday gift, but they haven’t even arrived in the UK for delivery yet. I’m so disappointed because there was no indication of any delays when I placed my order. I regret not choosing a different company based in the UK.

The necklace was satisfactory, however, the lack of engraving was a significant oversight. Although they offered to accept a return, I had to arrange for professional engraving elsewhere due to time constraints, as it was intended as a gift. Overall, I was underwhelmed by the experience.

I’m giving a 1-star rating as I have yet to receive my order, which is concerning. The necklace, intended as a birthday gift for my daughter, was quite expensive. I am anxious to know if it will arrive in time for her special day. Currently, I am very dissatisfied!

I am extremely disappointed because even though I ordered a few items two weeks ago, I have yet to receive them and the payment has been deducted from my account. Additionally, I received a notification last week stating that my items were being shipped, but they never arrived.

I ordered jewellery for Valentine’s Day and requested self-packaging and a message to be included. Unfortunately, none of these requests were fulfilled, which ruined my surprise. Additionally, I received the wrong item and had a negative experience with customer service. I was told to return the wrong item on my own, as they claimed the service to generate prepaid labels was down. I am unsure if I will receive a refund and overall, this was my worst online shopping experience in years. The brand’s ranking and pricing do not match the level of service provided, and I am now doubting if it was worth spending money with them.

I purchased a necklace for my daughter’s 50th birthday on January 12th. However, even after 6 weeks and multiple emails to the company, the necklace still hasn’t arrived. They haven’t provided a clear explanation for the delay. On February 21st, I requested a refund but was informed that it would only be offered after further investigation. I am very dissatisfied with this response, considering it has been several weeks since I initially expressed my concerns. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company. Update: I received a refund after posting this review.

The earrings are beautiful and delicate. The box and packaging are lovely as well. However, the photos do not accurately represent the actual size of the earrings, as they are much smaller than expected. Additionally, the stones are not as vibrant and colorful as I had hoped. This issue highlights the challenge of purchasing jewelry online without being able to see it in person beforehand.

The earrings are stunning, but unfortunately they have a tendency to open. I had to order them online because I lost one at some point during the day ???? There was no printed message included either ???? However, the delivery was incredibly fast and the earrings themselves are absolutely beautiful. It’s just disappointing that they easily come undone.
