I’m really happy with my purchase. The buying and delivery process in the UK was easy and I received regular email updates. The quality of the products is great and delivery was quick. However, I had to return a ring because I ordered the wrong size and found the returns process difficult. I had to print my own return label, repack the item with no tracking or delivery details, and pay for the return to Denmark. This is why I gave it a 4-star rating. Despite this, I would still buy from them again because I love the jewelry, but the difficult returns process may make me think twice about ordering certain items.

The website stated a delivery time of approximately 4 days, but we have exceeded that timeframe with no apology or estimate given for when I can expect my delivery.

Due to continuous disappointment, I have left another 1-star review for this company. Despite sending multiple emails and messages via messenger, it took them 10 days to notify me that my order was finally on its way. It has been over two weeks since I placed my order. To my dismay, the contents of the package did not match my original order. Upon contacting Sif Jakobs, they directed me to print and send the item back to them. Only after they process the return, will they consider sending me the correct item. Essentially, they are holding my order ransom until they receive the item that I never even requested. As a result, the gift I had planned to give for Christmas will not be arriving. Overall, their customer service was terrible.
