I really like the ring, but my overall rating is affected by the ordering and communication process. I don’t want to leave a negative review out of spite, but I think it’s important to share my experience for others to consider. When I saw the engagement ring on the website, I sent a message to ask about changing some of the stones. They replied quickly and I felt confident in placing the order. They informed me that the production time would be 8-9 weeks. I ordered on December 20th, 2022 and it arrived on April 8th, 2023. I understand that production delays can happen, but it felt like I had to constantly follow up for updates. They were always polite, but I was disappointed with the lack of communication.

I purchased a ring set and was given the chance to select the gemstone. I also paid for a rushed order. The craftsmanship of the rings is absolutely stunning and they are both hallmarked. Surprisingly, the order arrived earlier than expected, taking about 4-5 weeks instead of the estimated time. I am extremely happy with these rings and everyone who has seen them thinks they are beautiful. The packaging was well protected and had a personal touch. Since I had trouble finding reviews for the website, I decided to write one myself. I highly recommend this site if you are looking for a gorgeous wedding ring at a reasonable price.
