I recently stumbled upon a picture of some macrame rings that I would LOVE to figure out how to do. Then I stumbled upon your site and it is GREAT! I have already got out my embroidery floss and started on some of the ones you show. Thank you!

Do you have a “How-To” for something like the attached picture?

Well, those rings in the picture above are quite simple, I’d say. It’s composed of simple rows of double half hitches only.

Though, it would be interesting to know how to best close the ring without it looking knobbly at the joint.

By the way, I really like this one:

But this is way more difficult. But I’m satisfied with the outcome of my first try;(not the one in the picture – I added a wooden bead in the middle).

I have looked and looked too for some type of pattern for a ring like the ones pictured can anybody help us out and post something here for us ?

Does any one out there know a pattern for the type of ring that is on this page?

I have searched and searched and have been unable to find macrame rings with only floss or thread no beading.
